Step 3: Now, return to your Xbox One console and click ‘Sign-in’ as your Roblox account

Step 1: On console, sign-in on your parent account and access ‘My apps and games’ option from main dashboard

Method 4: Perform power cycle
Another way to fix the issue is to perform power cycle procedure.
