Step 2: Find and double-click ‘Connected User Experiences and Telemetry’ service to open its Properties. Select ‘Disabled’ option from ‘Startup Type’ dropdown, and hit ‘Stop’ button under ‘Service Status’ section, and then hit ‘Apply > Ok’ button to save the changes.
Step 3: Now, repeat the same steps for ‘dmwappushsvc’ service and once done, restart your computer and check if it works for you.
Method 4: Disable telemetry on Windows 11 using Task Scheduler
Step 1: Open ‘Task Scheduler’ app in Windows PC via Windows Search Box and go to following path
Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows > Customer Experience Improvement Program
Step 2: Right-click ‘Consolidator’ and select ‘Disable’ to disable it.

Step 1: Open ‘Group Policy Editor’ app in Windows PC and go to following path in left pane
