Step 7: Now Open Settings again and click Accounts and select Your Account.

Step 8: Select Sign-in with local account instead and enter your current password click next.

Step 9: Enter username and password for your Local Account and click Sign out and finish.

Step 10: Go to Settings, click on Your Account and select Sign in with Microsoft Account Instead.

Step 11: Enter your Username and password and click Sign in.

You can now delete your old account and use the new account. This will most likely solve your error.
