Step 5: In the opened folder, select all files/folders and press ‘SHIFT + DELETE’ to delete them permanently

Restart Printer Spooler service:

Step 6: Now, Services window again, right-click on ‘Printer Spooler’ service and select ‘Start’ to start the service, and then close ‘Services’ window, and File Explorer window.
